THE ENEMY AND YOU!

...Because it's nice to know what that wreckage was.

  • Seeker:

    Classification: Targeted impact
    Class: Light
    Threat: Very low
Seekers are light sentry drones. Although they take time to acquire a target, and are weakly armoured, they're able to swarm and create much more threatening colonies en-masse.
Tip: concentrate heavy cannon fire on swarms to destroy them with the splash damage.
  • Phalanx:

    Classification: Mobile armour
    Class: Light
    Threat: Very low
Although at first glance Phalanx appear to be purely cannon fodder, they are in fact mobile armour. When utilized effectively, phalanx can create a barrier between you and the more risky enemy ships.
Tip: Phalanx never attack, so a smart player can use them to max their combo multiplier!
  • Scout:

    Classification: Targeted impact
    Class: Light
    Threat: Low
The Scout is a light attack drone used in testing the front line strength of your defenses - it's weak by itself, but can become dangerous in groups.
Tip: scouts may be weak, but they can quickly get in and sap your shields!
  • Rodin:

    Classification: Gun platform
    Class: Light
    Threat: Mid
Rodin are hive mind gun platforms; never alone, they will unleash a volley of fire if left unchecked.
Tip: Rodin will always keep formation. Learning these patterns will give you a huge advantage in dealing with them!
  • Shuriken:

    Classification: Evasion
    Class: Light
    Threat: Mid
Shuriken are highly maneuverible direct impact units. They'll evade your fire, choosing instead to bunch up and attack weak points in your defence en-masse.
Tip: fence in Shuriken by splitting your fire into two streams!
  • Dis:

    Classification: Direct impact
    Class: Mid
    Threat: Low
Dis have thicker armour for their class, but near zero maneuverability, making them easier targets.
Tip: Dis will not deviate from their set path, making them much more susceptible to sustained and concentrated fire.
  • Helix:

    Classification: Direct impact
    Class: Heavy
    Threat: High
Helix are the larger and more heavily armoured counterpart to the Dis.
Tip: Just like the Dis, Helix will rapidly succumb to concentrated fire.
  • Ibex:

    Classification: Targeted impact
    Class: Mid
    Threat: Mid
Ibex are an upgraded variant of the Scout. Slightly faster and heavier armoured, they can pose a considerable threat.
Tip: Ibex act just like the Scouts, though you'll want to give them a bit more lead time to destroy them before they hit their defences.
  • Vector:

    Classification: Targeted impact
    Class: Heavy
    Threat: High
Vector are the elite distant relatives of the Scout and Ibex. They are fast, strong, and deadly.
Tip: reaction time is key to eliminating Vector. Consider them a threat as soon as they're on screen, and keep them in your sights.
